Delivery Policy

Orders are produced after payment confirmation. Customers receive an order confirmation after payment authorization or manual order acceptance. Estimated production and delivery timelines will be shown at checkout and may vary by artwork size, framing option, and delivery location.

Delivery is currently intended for the United Arab Emirates. Delivery is free for orders above AED 1,000 and AED 45 for lower-value orders unless a different rate is shown at checkout before confirmation.

Customers must provide a complete UAE delivery address, phone number, and any access instructions required by the delivery partner. Proof of delivery, such as courier confirmation, customer signature, or electronic delivery record, may be used to confirm completion.

Order status will move through pending, paid, in-fulfillment, shipped, and delivered. Customers may contact Loha for delivery support using the Contact Us page.

Delivery delays may occur because of production constraints, courier availability, address issues, weather, public holidays, or events outside Loha's control.
